Maureen Fisher

Maureen Fisher is a Real Estate Consultant with Keller Williams South Watuppa, serving buyers and sellers across Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Known as the mama bear of real estate, Maureen has spent more than a decade building a reputation for protecting buyers from bad deals, pushing sellers to make the right moves before listing, and having the hard conversations that most agents avoid.

Maureen grew up in Fall River and has lived in Swansea, Seekonk, and Rehoboth. She knows the communities she works in the way you know somewhere you've spent your whole life — the neighborhoods, the school districts, the streets that look fine on a map but tell a different story in person.

Before real estate, Maureen spent more than 30 years in healthcare management, running teams and training staff through complicated situations where people needed clear answers under pressure. She also spent years as a catering manager in Newport, working events at the historic mansions along Bellevue Avenue. Both careers shaped the same instinct: show up for people, explain what they need to know, and don't sugarcoat it.

She went part-time in real estate while still in healthcare, realized quickly it was where she belonged, and went full-time over a decade ago. Since then she has closed 125+ transactions, earned sales awards at every brokerage she has worked with, and mentored newer agents entering the business.

Maureen works with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, and multi-family properties across both states. She is licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and will drive anywhere in either state. One of her buyers captured her approach better than any marketing copy could: "A good realtor finds the right house for you. A great realtor stops you from buying the house you were settling for."
